So, this weekend was quite eventful and awesome.

Friday night there was a party at Azalea house for all of us exchange students which was quite fun. Thennn…

Saturday I went to Ueno with Matthew, Kris, Mike, and Christina:

This is Kris on the way there. Japanese people have an obsession with sleeping on the trains, by the way. Seriously, they do it allllllll the time. In the morning, afternoon, at night. Doesn’t matter, they love sleeping on the subway.

After Ueno we all went to an Izakaya in Ikebukuro where we all sampled different sorts of traditional Japanese foods. Dishes included fried squid, octopus balls, some chicken stuff, okonomiyaki (I don’t really know what it is… but it’s delicious), and some other random things that I don’t know what they’re called. Anddd after the Izakaya I met up with the Spanish speakers in Shinjuku for a super cheap dinner that was a lot of fun.

Sunday was Yoyogi park and Shibuya with Moe where we found some more ridiculous things that I still haven’t posted pictures of yet because I’ve been busy posting other stuff. Soon, though!
