Had a fantastic Christmas with the family and great times with friends. I’ll only be here for Wednesday and Thursday so if you want to hang out, let me knowww! The weather hasn’t been all that sunny, in fact it’s lightly snowing right now, but it’s really nice being in beautiful, beautiful Asheville and not being crammed into tons of Japanese people all the time. I’m still excited about coming back to Tokyo though and looking forward to the next 7 months there. So much much much more to see and explore in such a huge city. I feel like I missed out on that sweet Azalea house party but we’ll have to have another soon. Much Apples to Apples must be played!
No offense to anybody that reads this but I have a new best friend. It’s the Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 lens. It’s the only thing I specifically asked for Christmas and it’s AMAZING! Super wide angle and sharper than both the 2 lenses I currently possess, I will no doubt be spooning daily with it for the next few weeks. Thanks Mom and Dad!
