This trek so far has been nothing but incredible. The scenery here is definitely some of the most beautiful in the world. It’s like you are walking through a National Geographic poster every single day.
We will spend tomorrow here in Manang getting used to the altitude and then we will go to lake Tilicho, the highest lake in the world. After that we’ll continue with the standard Annapurna Circuit.
Internet here is incredibly slow, costs 15 dollars an hour, and we are on a tight budget considering there are no ATMs for a while so this is the only post I’m going to have for a while (10+ days?). I am safe, everything is fantastic, and I love and miss you all

What a fantabulous adventure! Do you have parkas? How do you keep warm, so high up? I am thinking yiu carry everything you brought with you, how heavy is your pack? Be safe, be strong.
Love, Binky
Be safe, be strong, sounds like the best advice. I second it.
I 3rd it. and wow! the highest lake in the world? nice. that internet is outragously priced. Tell them you have family and a girlfriend at home that go crazy without you? im just kidding. have fun! be safe! I love and miss you too.
Thanks for the update Davy! Definitely be safe and take it easy, no elevation sickness!
Your fans are eagerly awaiting your return to the internet!
Okay, any day now, we expect to see you back on line. We check your blog several times each day, to get the latest post as it happens.
Do they have internet in Nepal? Few and far between, I guess.
